What do I do if I never have received my order?

What do I do if I have received a defective order?
In case of a defective order, you have a guarantee of 7 days to contact us at info@bymahni.com. In case, if the jewelry has been damage by neglect and natural wear, it will not be eligible for the guarantee of the 7 days. The 7 days will be effective from the day you receive your order.

Which materials do you use for your jewelry?
All our jewelry is made of stainless steel, in case if it is not, we will mention the material in the description. In order to guarantee the quality please be read our 'Care Instructions' page.
How many days do I have to return an Item?
You have 14 days to return an item. Please see our 'Shipping and Return policy' page.
How will I be refunded after my return was approved?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
